Case study Ebhar Tech
Ebhar Tech: website and online store
A new interface and online store for an advertising screens company.
Ebhar Tech rents and sells advertising screens in Saudi Arabia. After user research, my team redesigned the interface and built the online store. I set up search basics and Google tools, and the site went live in Arabic and English.

The full story
Where the site stood
Ebhar Tech rents and sells advertising screens in Saudi Arabia, to clients from small businesses to large companies. Its website did not keep visitors on the page, and it was not built to sell.
The brief had two parts: a clear interface that shows a wide product range, and an online store that handles it from product choice to checkout.

The work, in order
1. Research before design
My team started with user research on the old site, to find where visitors got stuck. The new design came from that list, not from taste.
2. A new interface
- Navigation: I rebuilt the menu around product categories and services.
- Images: clear product photos and graphics, so buyers understand the range better.
- Mobile: the layout works on desktops, tablets and phones.

3. An online store
Then my team built the store for Ebhar’s range: a buyer picks a product and pays in one flow.
4. Search basics in two languages
With an SEO plugin, I set the keywords, the meta titles and descriptions, and made the texts easier to read. I linked the site to Google Analytics and Google Search Console to follow the results. My team reworked the inner pages and published the site in Arabic and English.
The result
Ebhar now has a bilingual site with a store, built on what its visitors needed. Search rankings went up after the work. I did not record a figure for them, or for sales, so there is no number here.
What to take from it
When a company sells many products to very different buyers, the menu decides whether anyone finds what they need. Fix the paths through the site before you redesign how it looks.
If your site gets visits but few requests, send me the link. I will tell you where I think visitors stop.
