Questions about the academy and the courses

How do I buy a course?

On the course page, press “Buy the course now”, then pay online by card, or by InstaPay or Vodafone Cash and upload the transfer receipt on the order page. The course opens in your account once the payment is confirmed.

Which currency are the prices in?

All course and product prices are in Egyptian pounds, and card payments go through a secure payment gateway.

How long is my access?

A full year from the day you buy, including every update added to the course in that time. When it ends you renew and continue where you stopped; your progress is kept.

Do I get a certificate?

Yes. When you finish every lesson, a certificate of completion is issued in your name, with a public link anyone can check.

What does “in preparation” mean?

The course is being recorded and prepared. Sign up early on its page, and you get an email as soon as enrolment opens.

On how many devices can I use my account?

You can be signed in on two devices at the same time, such as your computer and your phone.

Can I get a refund?

The full refund and cancellation terms are in the refund policy.
