What messages cost at Meta

Meta charges each message delivered to a customer by its type and the customer's country code. You pay Meta directly with a card on the WhatsApp account; it is not part of the service price. These are Meta prices in US dollars per message, in force from 1 October 2026:

For example, 1,000 marketing messages to customers in Egypt cost about USD 64.4, and in Saudi Arabia about USD 57.6, which is SAR 215.9 on the Meta rate card in Saudi riyals.

When messages are free

  • Messages from the customer to you are not charged.
  • The first 1,000 service replies each month on each number are free: free-form replies within 24 hours of the customer's last message.
  • A customer who messages you from a Click to WhatsApp ad in the mobile app, and gets your reply within those hours: your messages to them are free for up to 7 days from your reply.

Meta reviews its prices at the start of each quarter; the next possible change is 1 January 2027. I check the current prices with you before any campaign. Source: Meta pricing page for the WhatsApp Business Platform.

  1. Right after payment you answer a short brief about your project.

  2. Work starts immediately, and you get the list of what I need from you: accounts, access and files.

Before you buy

Why the WhatsApp Business API and not the regular app?

The app is for manual chats, and unofficial tools that bulk send from it break WhatsApp terms and put the number at risk of a ban. The API is the official Meta route for sending from systems: a business account, templates approved by Meta and delivery reports.

Does the price include the message costs?

No. The price covers the setup and connection once. You pay Meta for messages directly with a card on the WhatsApp account, by message type and the customer country.

What do 1,000 marketing messages cost?

On the Meta rate card in force from 1 October 2026: about USD 64.4 for customers in Egypt, USD 57.6 in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, USD 34.1 in Qatar and USD 79.2 in Kuwait.

Can the number still be blocked with the API?

Meta may limit sending when you message people who did not agree or your messages get many reports. So we start with a list that agreed, clear templates and sending in batches.

What do I need before we start?

A business phone number, a Meta Business account, a payment card on the WhatsApp account for message costs, and a list of customers who agreed to receive your messages.

How do I pay?

Prices are in Egyptian pounds, paid by InstaPay or Vodafone Cash. Place the order, transfer the amount and upload the receipt on your order page, and I confirm the order. Work starts right after the payment is confirmed.
