The full story
Where the gym stood
United Gym is a gym in Louran, Alexandria, for a B+ audience. It sells several monthly services and packages, and it had special offers to sell for the new year 2021.
The gym wanted new monthly memberships from these offers, from the right audience.

What I did, in order
1. Start from what the gym really offers
I built the campaign on what the gym could show: monthly package offers, several services such as personal training and group classes, and its equipment.
2. A complete Google My Business listing
I set up the gym’s listing with its services, opening hours, photos of the facility, a map pin and a link to call. I kept its details up to date on every platform where the gym appears.

3. Research before the ads
Before building any campaign, I researched who the gym’s customers were. Most were middle-aged men who wanted to become more active.
So the Facebook and Instagram campaigns spoke to them. They also targeted local companies with special discounts, and ran giveaways.
4. Two videos with real members
My team produced two promotional videos: one showed the gym from inside, and the other let current members tell their own stories. Once they ran on social media, many people asked about the offers and memberships.
The result
The campaign reached:
- 100 basic monthly memberships.
- 100 premium monthly memberships.
- About 120 leads a day, more than 3,600 a month.
- New memberships up 75% on the same period a year before, 3 months after launch.
The conversion rate and the visits from the Google listing rose as well. I did not record figures for them, so I give none here.
What to take from it
People join a gym when they trust what happens inside. Show the place, let real members talk, and send people to a listing that answers their questions and lets them call.
If your gym or studio gets views but few sign-ups, send me your monthly memberships and ad spend. I will tell you what I would fix first.
