What the hotel needed
San Giovanni is a hotel with guests from different markets, so the website had to work in Arabic and English.
The site had one main job: show the suites, rooms and dining, and let a guest check availability and book online.

What I did, in order
1. A WordPress site in two languages
I built the site on WordPress, with matching English and Arabic versions, SSL and a backup every day. The layout works on phones as well as desktops.
2. Content for more than 20 pages
A team of writers wrote every page, with the useful information first. I chose photos that suit the guests the hotel wants.
3. Booking on the site
I set up a booking and reservation system with an availability calendar. Booking forms, pop-ups, a newsletter sign-up and social media links sit where guests need them.
4. Search and analytics
I researched the keywords guests use, handled the technical SEO and worked the content around them. Google Analytics and Google Search Console show what visitors do and what they search for.
5. Maintenance after launch
I maintained the site after launch, to keep it up to date, secure and fast.
Screens from the site
The result
The hotel has a bilingual site where guests can see the rooms and book online. Search rankings and engagement rose after launch. This is the site’s Google Analytics view:

What to take from it
A hotel site is a booking tool first and a brochure second. Put availability and the booking form on every room page, in each guest’s language.
If your hotel or restaurant takes most bookings by phone, send me your site link. I will tell you what I would add first.
