Case study Color Systems (Al Alwan Ltd) Saudi Arabia
Color Systems: company website
A website that shows a signage company's work, project by project.
Color Systems makes signs, illuminated letters, exhibition booths and LED screens in Riyadh. I built its WordPress website in Arabic and English: the projects first, a card for each service, and a quote request by form, WhatsApp or email.

The full story
What the company needed
Color Systems is the trading name of Al Alwan Ltd, an advertising and signage company in Al Malaz, Riyadh. Its work hangs on buildings and in malls: shop signs, illuminated letters, exhibition booths and LED screens, for names such as STC, ROSHN, Kudu and Piatto.
The company had a profile in PDF. It needed a website that a procurement manager can open from Google or from a WhatsApp link, see real projects, understand the services and ask for a quote, in Arabic or English.
What my team and I built
1. A home page that starts with the work
The home page opens on one clear line, the company’s location and the logos of brands it has worked for. Right under it comes a wall of real signage photos, then the projects, each with its client and the type of work.
2. Services a buyer can scan
We wrote one card for each of the seven services: exhibition booths, woodwork and decor, advertising and marketing, digital printing, signage design and installation, LED screens for sale and rent, and visual identity. Each card says what the service is in a line or two.
3. Ten pages on WordPress, in two languages
I built the site on WordPress with Elementor, so the company’s own team can change a text or add a project without a developer. It has ten main pages in Arabic and English with a language switch, and it works on phones, tablets and desktops.
4. Every way to ask for a quote
The contact forms send each request straight to the company’s email. Beside them sit a WhatsApp button, a newsletter sign-up, the office on Google Maps and a short FAQ that answers the questions buyers ask before they call.
5. Search, security and support
I set the titles, descriptions and headings of every page around the words buyers search for. The site runs on HTTPS with a security layer and regular backups, and the contract included three months of support after launch.
The result
Color Systems has a website in two languages that shows its projects, its services and the brands it works with, and takes quote requests by form, WhatsApp and email. I did not record traffic or enquiry figures for this project, so I give none here.
What to take from it
When what you sell is installed work, the photo of the finished project does the selling. Put the projects first, name the client on each one, and keep the quote request one click away.
If your company sells to procurement teams and your website does not show your work, send me the link. I will tell you what I would change first.
