Case study Bochery SA Saudi Arabia

Bochery SA: online store

A cosmetics store built for phones, search and ad tracking.

Bochery SA distributes Bochéry Lab Esthétique in Saudi Arabia. I built its store end to end: coded product pages, pixels for the ad team, SEO in English and Arabic, local payments and online delivery. The store loads in under 2 seconds.

The full story

What the brand needed

Bochery SA is the official distributor of Bochéry Lab Esthétique in Saudi Arabia. It needed its own online store: one that sells on phones, shows up in search and tells the ad team which ads bring sales.

I led the project end to end, from the product pages to payment and delivery.

What I did, in order

1. Product pages coded for search

I coded every product page in HTML5 and CSS, with schema.org structured data so Google can read each product. Each page has its own SEO title, meta description and product tags, and is built for the phone first.

2. Tracking for the ad team

I connected the store to the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), the TikTok Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking and the Snapchat Pixel. The ad team can see which platform sells, and show ads again to visitors who did not buy.

3. Search basics in English and Arabic

  • Content written around target keywords, in English and Arabic.
  • Clean slugs, headings and internal links.
  • Compressed images and a site structure that search engines can crawl.
  • Submitted to Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.

4. Fast on every screen

Light frameworks and small files keep the store fast on phones, tablets and desktops. Navigation is simple, with local settings for Saudi shoppers.

5. Local payments and delivery

The checkout takes Mada, STC Pay, Apple Pay, Visa and Mastercard, over SSL with live payment status. Delivery is connected online to Aramex and 3 other companies.

The result

Bochery SA has its own store, with tracking, payments and delivery in place from launch. It loads in under 2 seconds. I did not record sales figures, so I give none here.

What to take from it

Install tracking before the store goes live, not after the first campaign. Then your first ad budget already shows which platform sells.

If you are about to launch a store in Saudi Arabia, send me your product list and ad plan. I will tell you what I would build first.

From the project

In the client’s words

Ahmed bridges the gap between marketing and engineering in a way I haven't seen before. The website, the tracking, the integrations — all production-grade from day one.
