The full story
Where Pastry Station stood
Pastry Station is a restaurant in Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia, in a market with many places to eat. It needed a brand people remember, a stronger presence online and more orders online.
My team covered the whole job: content writers, graphic designers, photographers, video editors, SEO and media buyers.
What we did
We started with the marketing plan: the brand, the audience, the channels, and the offers and discounts meant to bring in online orders.
Then we ran the campaigns on Instagram, Snapchat and Google Business. We managed the Google Business profiles too: details, offers and reviews.
We built a fast, mobile-friendly website with SEO. We shot the photos and short videos that show the products and the special offers.
What the numbers show
This case study has no figures for orders or reach, so I do not claim any. The campaign work is on Behance.
What to take from it
In a market with many places to eat, decide the offer and shoot the food before you spend on ads. An ad can only carry what you give it.
If your restaurant gets views and few orders, send me last month’s ad spend and orders. I will tell you what I would change first.
