One of the largest projects and one of the great successes of me through my work as Marketing Manager in Primavera marketing and technical solutions is a jewel festival marketing campaign with media buying plans. with sales that exceeded 6 times, the campaign period was a year and the goal of the campaign was to sell more than 80% of the customer spaces allocated for rent Containers and spaces designated for restaurants, cafes, and brand owners.

So, Jewel festival hopes to be a leader in the restaurant and cafe industry. They have recently announced their ambition to become the leading provider of restaurant and cafe spaces for brands in Alexandria, Egypt. They are looking to make their mark on the food service industry.
Jewel Festival has identified that renting out restaurant and cafe spaces can be a lucrative business opportunity for them, but they need an effective marketing campaign to accomplish this. today we will discover From 300 thousand EGY in marketing campaigns to a return on investment of 6 million EGY within a year 😎⚡️ That’s what happened to Jewel Festival marketing campaign.
Objectives:
Jewel festival’s objective is to develop a successful marketing campaign to increase awareness of its rental services amongst potential customers, as well as create demand for its restaurant and cafe spaces. The aim of the campaign is to drive more leads, convert them into customers, grow their client base, and increase overall revenue from this rental business.
Jewel festival marketing campaign strategy
The beginning of the project was a unique step for me to achieve a goal with a media buying plan in creating an appropriate marketing strategy that achieves the goal of reaching business owners, identifying target customers, and converting inquiries from business owners into a successful rental process.
- Create Targeted Ads – we will use targeted online advertising through social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google business. These ads will reach potential customers who show interest in restaurateurs and cafes by targeting owners related to these industries in Egypt.
- E-mail marketing – Utilizing emails is an ideal opportunity for Jewel festival marketing campaign to expand its reach quickly among potential customers. By finding high-level owners within restaurants and cafes who have an established follower base. we have started collecting information and data for the leading companies in the field of restaurants and cafes to send marketing emails explaining the advantages of the project and the timeline with the most important goals that we are working on during our presence.
- Offer Discounts & More Features – To further stimulate demand while creating loyal customers, Jewel festival should consider offering discounts during specific times of year or periods where there may not be a lot of activity occurring organically amongst restaurateurs/cafe owners seeking rentals (e.g summer months). In addition, giving free features can also provide incentives for potential customers who wouldn’t otherwise be inclined towards renting one of the festival’s spaces.
- we advertised locally considering placing signs around town to increase awareness of rental spaces and the festival overall.
- In order to spread brand awareness of the project, we have developed a schedule of concerts by the most famous singers in Egypt and a schedule of theatrical performances, with the attendance of more than 10,000 customers and residents of Alexandria.

Conclusion
By previous aspects alongside the offline campaign. Jewel Festival successfully rent more than 55 spaces for restaurants and cafes percentage of 80% of the festival land renting for more than 6 million in revenue and i have developed a winning list that they can implement towards successfully scaling up the business while aiming for long-term sustainability via multiple income streams.
